1:1 golf movement coaching
One golfer. One plan.
Sessions are one-on-one and built around how you move. Bring the game you have. The plan meets it there.
After you book, you’ll get a short intake form to complete.
How it works
Assessment first. Then the work.
- 01
The initial session
A full movement assessment. We screen how you move against the TPI standard, connect what we find to what your swing is doing, and name what your body does well. You leave with a plan built from what we found.
- 02
Follow-up sessions
The training. Pilates work on the reformer, chair, cadillac, and tower, programmed from what your screen revealed. Your body sets the plan. The equipment trains it. Progress compounds session over session.
What this is
Coaching for the body that swings the club.
Most golf coaching starts at the club and works backward toward the body. Stance starts at the body. A repeatable swing depends on how you rotate, hinge, balance, and hold your ground, and that is where the coaching happens.
The screen comes from the Titleist Performance Institute, the body-first standard used across professional golf. TPI’s founding idea is simple. Every body swings differently, so the efficient swing is personal. What yours should look like depends on what your body can actually do, and the assessment maps exactly that. For women, that premise is the point. The textbook swing was modeled on men’s bodies, and an efficient swing built from your own is what taking a golfer seriously looks like.
The training side is Pilates, and the pairing is the point. The reformer, chair, cadillac, and tower were built to load exactly what the screen measures: rotation under control, hinge without collapse, balance under shifting weight, and stability that holds while the limbs move. Nothing in a follow-up session is generic. Every exercise traces back to something the assessment found in your body.
That makes a Stance session different from a swing session. You will spend it training your body, and no one will rebuild your grip or your takeaway. When a technical swing change is what your game needs, Amy will say so and help you find the right swing coach for that work. What she coaches is everything underneath: the mobility and stability that decide what your swing can attempt.
